CTI stands for Computer Telephony Integration. This technology enables the coordination between a phone system and a computer that maintains call information and agent management processes. A company can have various advantages by using this technology service.
   
Call Pop
Call Pop which is also called Screen Pop can simply be described as the "population" of caller information on a customer service agent's desktop screen during the processing of a phone call.
 
This feature can be enabled for:
Incoming Calls
Outgoing Calls
 
Using CallPop, the following information may be populated on the Agent’s computer screen when the call arrives to his phone.
Caller ID (ANI)
Called Number Identifier (DNIS)
IVR Collected Information (when an in-front IVR available)
Other Customer information like Name, Address, History of the calls etc (when integrated with a CRM system)
 
This product is available for the both the telephony worlds – TDM and VoIP.
